Meet Our Physicians

Mona Bagrodia MD

Dr. Mona Bagrodia Dr. Bagrodia graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Biochemistry and Psychology. She then attended medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and went on to complete her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. She is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She worked for two years as Lead Physician at MyChildren’s in Cedar Hill then two years at Tribeca Pediatrics in New York City. She lives in Dallas with her husband and two children. She is excited to join LRHP and partner with families in taking excellent care of their children. She enjoys yoga, traveling, scrapbooking and reading.

Mia Baker MD

Dr. Baker Dr Baker graduated Summa Cum Laude from Xavier University of New Orleans with a degree in Biology. She then attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric training at UTMB Galveston in 2009 and also became pediatric board certified in 2009. Soon after residency, Dr Baker initially started practicing in the Rockwall area.As of August 2015, Dr Baker has joined the Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics team. She is excited about helping to provide valuable healthcare and establishing bonds with the families of the Forney community. Dr. Baker loves to travel and also to spend time with her family and friends.

Dr. Elena Chinn MD, FAAP

Dr. Chinn graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in biology from Texas A&M University in 1998. She then attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas in 2005. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

She has worked as a pediatrician in the Rockwall area since 2005 and was excited to join Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics in the spring of 2013. Dr. Chinn lives in Rockwall and enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. In her free time she enjoys photography and scrapbooking.

Dr. Vincent Iannelli MD, FAAP

Dr. Vincent Iannelli Dr. Iannelli graduated from the University Texas Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed his Pediatric Residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.

Dr. Iannelli is a board certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and is the author of The Everything Father’s First Year Book, which is now in its updated, second edition. He is also the webmaster and creator of keepkidshealthy.com, a web site for medical and parenting advice. Dr. Iannelli has also been featured as an expert in several national magazines including Baby TalkRedbookHome LifeePregnancy, and My Family Doctor. He has discussed parenting and health topics on the Good Morning Texas TV show.

Callie Kinsley MSN, RN, CPNP

Callie Kinsley Callie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Women’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2009. She then attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she graduated with her master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner in 2013. Callie worked at Children’s Medical Center as a registered nurse on the gastrointestinal/liver transplant floor for 6 years prior to joining Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics. Callie lives in Royse City with her husband and twin boys. She is a huge sports fan and enjoys cooking, photography and the outdoors in her spare time.

Kaitlin Kinney MSN, RN, CPNP-PC

Kaitlin Kinney Kaitlin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development in 2014. She continued her education in the graduate program at Vanderbilt to complete her Master’s in Nursing in 2015. She is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in primary care by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and has been inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.As a former patient of the late Dr. Granger, our practice’s founder, Kaitlin looks forward to building relationships with her patients and their families in the area where she grew up. Her goal is to partner with your family to provide high quality care for your children. In her free time Kaitlin enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, playing tennis, decorating and shopping.

Dr. Susan Smart MD, FAAP

Dr. Susan Smart Dr. Smart received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas in Austin and she graduate with honors from OU College of Medicine. Dr. Smart is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She joined Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics in 2002 after finishing residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Smart lives in Rockwall and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. Dr. Smart has privileges at Lake Pointe Medical Center and Children’s Medical Center.

Dr. Kristen Waw MD, FAAP

Dr. Kristen Waw Dr. Waw graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Biology from Austin College. She then attended and graduated with honors from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas and UT Southwestern. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. She is an active member of the medical staff at Lake Pointe Medical Center.Following her pediatric training, Dr. Waw joined Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics and is enjoying her practice and the relationships she is building with her patients and their families. Dr. Waw enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time she likes to cook, travel, water ski, and snow ski.

Jessie Young MD, FAAP

Dr. Jessie Young Dr. Young graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, then attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern. She completed her pediatric residency at New York University in 2017 and worked at both Bellevue Hospital and the New York University Langone Medical Center. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She grew up in Houston, TX and always knew she wanted to be a pediatrician. Dr. Young (maiden name Zhao) recently married and is excited to build long-term relationships with her patients and their families in Forney and surrounding areas. Her hobbies including reading (especially science fiction), yoga, cooking, and traveling. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
